Project Overview

• Wind Tower I & II are residential skyrises located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers with panoramic views of the sea, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah Islands. The towers comprise of residential duplexes, 3-bedroom apartments, and penthouses with private swimming pools, and rooftop gardens designed in the style of the hanging gardens of Babylon. Beyond co-developing this project, BEC was also the anchor investor, contributing equity of over $35 Million in the investment fund.
