Workshop Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production activities.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Possess leadership skills to lead a group of individuals/teams.
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for leading activities related to Operations and sustainability, specifically leading the Maintenance Team in terms of personnel, workshops, warehouses, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with workshop/warehouse and transportation regulations, accident prevention regulations, and environmental regulations.
- Estimate and specify quotations for repairs (Corrective Maintenance).
- Manage and observe physical inspections of goods upon receiving from suppliers and conduct physical/visual inspections.
- Control and save the budget for maintenance and spare parts.
- Report any damages or misuse immediately.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures at all times.
- Inspect and authorize all repair works carried out by PMV workshop staff.
